Weber Mediation is a full time mediation business, offering creative solutions to resolving conflicts throughout the Puget Sound area. William L. Weber III (“Bill”) is an experienced litigation attorney that believes in the mediation process and his ability to empathize with disputants offers a unique perspective allowing him to identify issues and obstacles to settlement.

With Bill’s assistance and trust the parties can be encouraged to negotiate their own mutually beneficial resolution. Bill believes that the mediation process is never over until a mutually agreeable settlement is reached or the parties no longer want his involvement.

About Bill Weber

Bill is trained in both the caucused (separate rooms) mediation and facilitative (joint-session) mediation models. Most of the above matters are best suited for the caucus model and that is likely to be the method used by Weber Mediation. Bill completed the Dispute Resolution Center of King County’s intensive 40-hour training program. As a litigator for more than 15 years, Bill participated in more than 300 mediations. The last ten years he was a trial attorney for CNA Insurance Company and prior to that he worked at Reed McClure law firm and Phillips & Webster law firm handling both defense and plaintiff’s cases.  He has served as an arbitrator for King County Superior Court on numerous occasions over the years.
